All software products are final and are non-refundable. By completing your purchase on MediaGeni through PayPal, you agree that you are purchasing digital, non-tangible goods and as such are not entitled to a refund of said goods, regardless of the reason why.

We will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective php scripts, software or other products purchased from us, within a period of 30 days from the date of sale. Support for technical problems is available on our Support Page for 1 year of the product.

Yes, all software code is open-source and free to edit and customize for your needs. You may NOT re-distribute the software with our permission.

Software orders are checked for fraudulent payments and un-authorized buyers. It can take up to 24hrs when your downlink may appear in your account. Some software packages are send manually to your order email address.
